Problems with the Dart Continue

If the shop put it on a lift they may have damaged the front end when driving it on or off or both.
 
Bent rim, where they were test driving it and let it get away from them!
 
The reason the torque on the leaf spring u bolts is light is because tightening the nuts too tight will make the rear suspension bind.
 
check every thing from a u joint to. the tightening of the u bolts ,did the leif springs come out when the rearend was changed ? put it up on jackstands on the frame ,and see if the rearend rocks back and forth could be a shim ,spacer . deff, take it back something not right let them know now
 
Take it back to the shop that did the work and be done with it. Clearly the problem wasn't there before the work was done.
