problems with vin decoder?

i have the numbers off the fender tag. 3 rows of numbers

5 15 32

0708 0199 332 h1u vv w

when i enter them in decoder it keeps saying " vin # too short, possible bad year and make". it's a 1964 plymouth fury . i also have the production track sheet as well? can anyone help ?

If those are the numbers you are inputting I don't believe they are right. My VIN on my 67 starts out VH21B and then 8 numbers. Look on the drivers door jamb or an insurance card or registration for the VIN number.
