prop valve diagram

I just installed disc brakes on my dart. The last thing to do is the prop. valve. I need a diagram, or picture of where the lines go. The valve is a later model, 1976 maybe. Any help would be appreciated.

I cant my camera is broke. It is brass not the cast iron one, it also has a large extension on the end of it that is 1/2" pipe thread. It is about 7 inches long.
