Distribution with rear hold off (proportioning) valve.
 
You can tell by the plug screwed into the end that holds the valve and spring that does the proportioning.
 
Thanks, I am loosing my mind I sent a member this and he said it is not a prop valve but a distro block.

That pic is just a distribution valve. The pic from E-Bay was a combo valve.
