Well my power steering working in my cuda last summer, well over the winter i took it apart to rebuild cause it leaked bad. Well i rebuilt it and everything and now it doesn't work, it has fluid in it, it turns (the pulley) all that but no assist, should i just get a re manufactured one now? :(

Have you tried turning the steering wheel lock to lock with the engine running? It usually takes 5 minutes or so of doing this to bleed the system of air.

o really....THANKS i'll try that

On a dry system, you'll probably see the fluid foam up pretty good. If it foams over, it's no biggy. Just rag it up and keep bleeding the system, keeping an eye on the level. Hopefully, you won't need a new pump. Good luck and let me know how it turns out.
