Pulled dash, reinstalled and no power, need help

Hello All,
I have a 69 340 auto dart. As the title says, I pulled the dash out to paint it and go through the under dash harness. All looked good with the harness, no broken or spliced wires and all connections were cleaned. I have replaced the bulkhead connector as it was suspect. Everything worked before pulling the dash out. I removed the paint from the side of the dash and body to ensure a good ground, cleaned all terminals for the bulkhead and checked to see that all were seated correctly. Where do I start looking?

Checked the fusible link and it is good.

Can you give me more details. I have power after the fusible link so I know that's good.

Checked the red wire from the bulkhead to the back of the dash. It has power all the way to that point. What should I check next?

The other side of the ammeter to see if it is still a good gauge.
