Push button trans

So I have put a 1964 poly 318 in a 1985 d150 pickup. Was wondering if anyone could help me out with speedometer cable. The one one the trans doesn’t hook up to speedometer and the original that came with the truck doesn’t hookup to the trans. Wondering what I should do as I cans find anything online

Did you also use the 64 pushbufton transmission in the 65 in addition to the 64 Poly? Can you post a few pics for us to help you out, namely of the speedo cables you mentioned (especially of the ends). Can you get a picture of where the cable would go into the transmission and finally one where the cable goes into the speedometer?
