I was search through the posts looking for any reference to using the OEM Manual pushrod on the power 15/16 MC36406. Many recommendations to use this MC with the KH brake system.
I reused my single pot pushrod when I upgraded to the double system years ago and would be using it again for the disk upgrade.
The MC36406 does not have the threaded retainer holes. Drill and tap? I have not found any reference to this modification in my searches. Seems simple enough.
Any one do this? Reasons why not to?
I would like to re use the dust boot and spring with the original push rod.
