I need a transmission parking lock cable for my 64 Dart GT Slant 6, and a new drain pan. I am looking for advice on where to find these parts. Of course I will also need a new drain pan gasket which should be the easiest to find.

There was a company that was reproducing those cables but I can't recall the name. The company was very slow producing them but they were good quality. Lots of info here. Even a old sale thread or two.

So far Imperial Services seems to be the best for pricing on a reproduction cable. I am surprised that they are priced that high. Would it be best to suck it up and buy the reproduction cable?

Yes Imperial services is the only source I know of that makes the cables to order. Great quality, expensive but extremely slow. Took 2 months to get park cable for my '65 Dart GT.
