QFT Carb size for 360

I am trying to pick the right size carb for a 360 in my valiant 3100 lbs

I run a 800 dp holley now with the choke tower cut off.

Motor specs are

365 11.1 comp, ported J heads, 250 on duration and 600 lift, victor 340 intake, 904 trans with 4500 8 inch conv, currently has 4.10 gears.

Car goes 11.30s now i tried a 950 but it was to big but i loved the throttle response and they way it ran and would like to get one. any suggestions?

If its a drag car, I'd do some more tuning on the 950. My old 340 with stock replacement TRW pistons, home ported J heads, MP 557 solid, M1 single plane, 727, 4.10's ran 12.0 with a 750 HP carb, on the same night I bolted on a Proform 950 HP and it ran the quickest ever 11.90! I also run a 950 on a 347 pump gas mustang with great results!
