The previous owner of my 65 Barracuda gave me this with my car. He found it under the seat.

I've never seen one of these... Has anyone seen one?

That would be the way they did quality back in 1965, If there's no defect, there's no notation or sign off.

Things changed dramatically since then and now we expect to see the inspection steps signed off as good.

Of course, that doesn't mean this wasn't just chucked in the car and forgotten about... LOL.
