Quater Panel Patches?

Ok so my car(74' Duster) needs quater panel patches and I founds some for sale locally but there for a 70 Duster? Just curious if I could use these without any major issues(different body lines, etc.) Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Patch panels should be the same. The difference in the quarter ('70 vs '74) is the side marker light.
