Do the mounts go infront or behind the ears on the block?I can,t remember after re and re?I,m thinking behind,so there,s more clearance for the distributor?Help!:read2:

They go behind the ears on the block. I went out in the garage and looked at mine.

Thanks 19Dart66,thats where mine are now.I was looking at dart4forte,s convet. resto and noticed his are on the front of the ears.Is it different with 273,s?

Hey Sid,I have the schumacher mounts for 360.I have them mounted behind the ears with 3 bolts.You seem to be missing something there?LOL.Thanks for responding guys!

his is a 318 mount or 273 on a 360.Mine will look the same but I will add washers in that empty space.Hey Scott shoot me some pics of that motor or here thoes fenderwell headers looks *****-en.

I had the washers in there to fill the gap, but this time I'll weld a piece of steel to the mount ear and drill it for a cleaner look.
