Quick connect steering wheel suggestions

Wanting to use a quick disconnect steering wheel with the factory column

Correct me if I'm wrong
I have to use a adapter that will slide onto the splines which will then allow me to bolt on a 3 or 5 bolt pattern steering wheel ??

I use this set up. Not a "quick connect" per se, but it works pretty good and certainly makes getting in and out of the car over the cage and seat a whole lot easier!
