R3 Blocks or "XR" Racing Blocks??

-
I like the Ritter Racing Block myself!

They look a lot beefier than the R3 Blocks. Price is more though!

I don't think you could go wrong using either one.

I haven't touched the Ritter blocks but that's the one I'd use for something that had to make real power.

The two blocks are very good, but from what I read here, the Block has more preference is Ritter Racing! The block is already decided!

Thanks a Lot!

I like that ritter racing block!! looks like a nice piece! the next stroker motor I build will use that block and the 426" kit. :)

My vote would be the Ritter block. Kent put alot of work into this to make it what it is today...

But it doesn't say anything about a short deck version 9.00 inch?

Mr Hemi,

In my case specifically, the Block must have the original Deck Height of the Small Block Mopar! It is the regulation that requires it!

I believe the deck surface is thick enough to cut it down as needed. Looks like it anyway...

I would think it would be a no brainer...that Ritter block is the way to go. IMHO
