Looking for aftermarket aluminum radiator suggestions for a 68 barracuda with an LA360 to beat the Florida summer heat. With and without electric fan as I am considering switching from the current belt driven fan.

22" Mopar SMALL BLOCK HD Aluminum Radiator

I couldn’t be happier. The fact that ANY mopar fan shroud works with them means you don’t have to find a specific one to fit.
I use a low profile fan clutch on mine and it has adequate room.
I’ll be buying this brand from now on.

Mopar is notorious for having horrible fitment data for the 60s and 70s classic muscle Mopars. As such, the problem with most Mopar radiators is they will bolt into your car, however the fan shroud won’t fit. That problem is solved with our ECP 22″ model.

Starting from scratch to address common frustrations classic Mopar owners have, we designed the fan shroud mounting flange to accommodate ANY Mopar fan shroud.
The flange comes pre-drilled to accommodate the most commonly use shroud, however the flange can be drilled to accommodate any fan shroud bolt pattern.

Be Cool Radiator, A body 1,000hp model. Twin fans.

I've used these in two a-bodies and have used the same model for other vehicles as well. It's the best radiator I can think of.

For me, forget the electric fans, do you have your electrical system updated for it? Do you have a small block? Cast iron pump? The appropriate Cold Case will fit with a Hayden fan clutch. They are a site vendor. Don't know about the others . Same set up would not work for me with an aluminum water pump. Sorry, but this topic has grown to the equivalent of what is the best oil and filter. I have posted pictures and part numbers in the past to nauseum, but, here we go again.
Good luck sir!

Ordered a U.S. Radiator two row 4-5 weeks ago. If you’re not in a hurry. I’ll tell you how it goes.

I have this 22" ecp. Radiator in my 69 dart 340.
I live near phx and in the Summer (today is 109*)
It is just enough with a shroud and mechanical clutch fan.
If I had to do it again I'd go with their 26"
If you have the room bigger is better.
Just my opinion.
I hope whatever Radiator you go with works the way you want it to.
Running Hot Sucks...

I too went with the 26”. Even if you have the small opening I would go with 26” anyway.
My car is a 340/A833 so it has the big opening. I believe most manual V8’s, A/C cars, and /6 manual had the big openings. That’s not gospel truth but I think there was a hierarchy like that.

A lot to consider here. Cooler months/low humidity I run 180 consistently. Now that we are in the mid/high 90's, I'll stick at 180 for a bit then spikes to 210/220 especially at idle/WOT, which is still acceptable but don't want to push it on a long haul. Going to stick with a manual fan/shroud. I don't want to run the risk of having electrical issues with an electric fan since my wiring is already a rats nest, which was inherited from previous owner.
