So progressive pics. Tells me for sure no thermostat.

Kind of looks that way or it is partially stuck open. Does not need to be fully open to see heat in the rad.

Easy to check, drain down the system and remove the upper hose should be visible maybe even if it is there but stuck open

What if the thermostat is stuck partially open and can not move

That explains the flow at 5 minutes and the higher then desired temp at speed????

It will be getting a new thermostat and water pump anyway just need to figure out which radiator to get.

IMHO

You have little issue with pulling the radiator reverse flow water in the bottom with the rad upside down and flow water through it.

Change the thermostat

And fluid

Then check where it is
