I'd like to remove my radio / heater trim panel to try to (re) install the AM radio that's sitting on the floor of the Dart.

I removed the 2 obvious screws, but that thing still seems locked in there. I also attempted to remove the knob on the end of the heater slider, but it didn't want to budge.

I don't want to force and break anything. Are there any hidden clips that I'm missing?

Incidentally, is there any sort of mounting bracket for the radio. It looks like there should be one, but I don't see anything inside the dash.

If anyone has some pointers, I'd very much appreciate it.

The is a hex key at the bottom of the knob at the end of the slide. To remove the A/C bezel you must remove the entire control assembly. I think a 3/8" nut driver should work from the back. so the glove compartment is taken out.
My radio bezel was not recessed like yours seems to be. Once I got the radio nuts off the knobs the bezel came off. But remember, mine looks different
