I'm working on my A/C install on my car and one of the things I was planning to do is put the A/C vents where the radio originally went as someone already cut a hole in the dash there and I have a different audio setup anyway. The more I've torn apart my car, the more I've learned that nothing in it is right or correct for the year, lol. So with that in mind, I was trying to find what a factory 67 heater control instrument panel bezel looked like as mine has a later 68+ style due to the exposed fasteners (that they just drilled holes to use). I was thinking I'd just try to find a beat up one since I would potentially be cutting the radio portion off to begin with, but then I found they had OEM panels with no radio faceplate to start with, which wouldl probably look a lot nice than what I have. I went digging through the parts manual and searching on the internet and found two different panels that seem the same, but are different part numbers. Anyone have an idea what is different about them? The part numbers I found are 2770568 and 2770572. In the parts manual 2770568 is listed as "All, L-L, Heater control" while 2770572 is listed as "All, L-H, L-P, Heater w/o Radio". I found this old Ebay listed for a 2770568 which shows a "w/o radio" style panel and the 2770568 part number on it: DODGE DART A BODY MOPAR OEM DASH HEATER CONTROL BEZEL 2770568 C-G | eBay. I can't find a good picture of the 2770572, but by the description it sounds like the same thing. I don't know what L-L means vs L-H or L-P on the parts manual description though.
