I have a 360 with "J" heads, I am curious what you think my compression might be at and what the easiest way to raise it would be. Any help would be great.

moving on ain't easy if you drive a Ford :p
pistons are the best way with the 360 for all around performance with what you have now.jmo

yea look for you a set of the kb 9-1's or a set of zero deck's about 10-1 Id go with the 9-1 for running pump gas and reliability,use good head gaskets either way
