Sure they did! May be not Ma Mopar but the aftermarket makes them. Stockton Wheel maybe? I have a pair of 15x7's on my Dart.

You are right, the Original small bolt Rallyes were only made in 14 x 5.5 inches. The 15 x7's are not modified, but reproduced in a larger size.
