Something fishy here too, fly in fishing is still my favorite. Plane was so small we had to fillet them so plane would lift off the water.

I used to be in charge of property lighting at a 1000+ room resort.

I've seen dozens and dozens of bulbs filled with water- some of them lit !!!

Electrical boxes full of water too, with everything made up in them still working.

yes, but do you realize where that bulb belongs on a car?
 
My point was that water and electricity are not necessarily the arch enemies that most of us think, and are quite likely to co-exist in the same close quarters without catastrophe ensuing.
 
October 18, stopped my lawnmower to take a shot of the backyard for you guys
