I @#$%^ ordered me new motor mounts for Victoria two weeks ar more ago.
They sent me a confirmation and tracking #.
I just looked at my tracking # and found out it was sent to a town in M.D.
Some guy named Dave has singed for it.

I ordered it from Motor Mountz. I called and got a DADGUM machine.
The address is not even close to mine.:angry7:

UPS@#$%UPS#$%.:angry7: My motor is sitting to close to my cross member.
it still has the old one that came with the car new on it.

Mike,

Where are they located? If they're out west, they just might not be open yet. And yes, UPS sucks.

That's crazy, why would the guy sign for it? It should have your name on it, what a pain in the arse. I hope the UPS guys don't give you the run around on it and make things right quickly. Good luck

Can't you guys just hear Mike talking to the UPS driver now.

"Dave? Dave's not here man". 8)

Sorry Mike, but I couldn't help myself. Had a flashback from the 70's, and Cheech and Chong just popped into my head when I read your post.

It does suck, but hopefully they will rectify the problem. Maybe they gave you the wrong tracking #. Does the tracking info show your name and address? Maybe they put the wrong address on your package. Hope it works out, Tim.

UPS ground has their problems along with Fed Ex Ground and DHL ground. I work with all of these carriers on a daily basis and they all make the same mistakes the same amount of times. I've had shipments that was supposed to ship 1 hour away to Modesto, CA that ended up in GA (Fed Ex). It seems the mistakes go away when you expedite shipping, but then of course, you are paying for it.

I thought UPS had sophisticated computers that would tell the guy when he scans the package that it was being delivered to the wrong address. I can see the similarity of Mo and Md but with zip codes how could they screw it up that bad, wrong state?

It's human error most of the time. I remember back in 2005 Fed Ex had a staff shortage at the Sacramento hub and a lot of packages were getting delayed and/or shipped to the wrong place. i.e. scanned correctly but placed in the wrong bin.

I have called them three time and still get a @#$%^ machine.:angry7:
I said quote=You need to call me today NOW!!! I will have 77.000.000 people giving you bad feed back and turn you in as a spam. Get this dun, My motor is in the air and your 3 to 5 days was up two weeks ago.
Then I emailed them and said the same thing!!
I am going to take Victoria to get a cold one and a blue pill.
Is it just me but when I here a none American on the phone it just makes it worse. UPS Treva never uses them.:bootysha:

http://www.motormountz.com/motor-mounts-contact-us.php.

Heads up This!!@#$% co. has my money And I have no parts know for 3 weeks and the tracing number went back to there address not mine,But to him.
Has anyone ever used this co. for motor mounts.
they have not returned my calls or e-mails.

And what can I do to report them??

Theres prices are way to cheap. $3 for a motor mount and $6 for a trans mount ?

This all happened when I e-mailed motormoutz about my parts.
Did they hack in to my computer.
I have changed my I.P address by repairing my connection .
Know I need to change my password?

I dont think it was a scam Mike and I doubt they messed with your computer.

You seem to be having a little wave of bad luck lately Mike, I hope that changes quickly. I haven't heard of these guys, prices seem low but you would think you would still get something even if it was poor in quality :angry7:

Then how the heck did my computer get changed over night ?
And know I have a new thing on my desk top that reads GetOpenOffice?
this has me worried, a new added program on my screen and I did not put it there

Mike, If you have virus protection I would scan the computer. I dont think that your computer problems are related to the motor mounts is what Im saying.

Know is there any thing I can do to report him??

Easy Peasy just go to add remove programs click on Open Office, about 2.8 meg in size. Click on remove. All gone. It's a thing that Java puts there to get you to use thier software. Harmless but pretty cheeky of them.
