Rare !!... 70 Dart GTS ... .MEXICO ??

Thanks bud....haven't been around for awhile so thought I'd give it a shot. Knew I couldn't see anything with the c-pillar that poped out to me but the
documentation was sure interesting ....
 
I see nothing to think it's not a Mexican Dodge. What's curious to me is that there are no pictures of:
VIN tag on the dash
Fender tag
Hecho en Mexico tags I've seen on other genuine ones
build sheet
Or answers to the following:
8 3/4 rear?
disc brakes?
Mexican glass logos?
What's the deal on the heater delete?
Interesting car though.....
