This is an early Mopar Performance P3549884 LD 340 Intake
It was sold thru Mopar Performance and also was dealer installed
on some 340 back them

It does NOT have any Edelbrock Marking or ID
Strictly Mopar P number.

This is one of the very few LD 340 intakes that was accepted
for NHRA Stock Eliminator. We ran a similar one on our Demons
until the Camaro boys had a fit and talked NHRA into no longer
allowing it on our cars.

We ran one of these on my boys 68 Valiant 360 that runs 10's thru
the exhaust. It was quicker in ET than the Victor or Airgap with
better drivability. He has 3:91 gears and shifts at 6200. In
all out race car with steep gears and a loose converter, perhaps
the results would be different.

The geometry of the ports is different and reversed over all the
other dual planes and I believe more effective. Larry Shephard
at Mopar Performance (As I recall back then) told me it was designed
by Tom Hoover and him.

This was carefully modified by a very competent Machinist to fit a
Thermoquad Carb without a restrictive and clumsy adapter. In our testing
this is superior in performance to any adapter and we tried a bunch.

I will get on my son to put it in the Solvent tank and clean it up some before
we ship it!

$375.00 Plus the ride

This would make a cool stealth intake for street racers.
No markings on it except "Chrysler" and part number.

It would look stock production to the Ford/Chebbie Boys!

There is one more piece that goes with it above the plenum.
I will get my boy to post a picture of it.

Heading to So Cal this week and could deliver it no charge.

Heading to race in Phoenix in another couple week to race and could bring it
as well.
