I removed 3 nuts attaching the wiper motor, after a lot of wiggling I got it free. However, after removing two nuts on each linkage pivots, I pulled a few times and it would not budge. It got dark, so I called it a day. Did I miss something? Thank you.

A bead of body caulk has them pretty much glued today. Bump a putty knife in between the pivot housing and cowl.
 
I use a battery post puller. They are on a taper spline and if someone over tightened them they will be hard to get off any other way, use a puller
