Yes and no. You might have to change the yoke for the driveshaft. You might not have to. If you are going from a 7.25 to a 8.25 rear end, you will need a driveshaft to fit.
 
I assume they are both 7 1/4" rears? The only difference might be the U-joint size and the e- brake cables.
 
I think those cars are the same width. If you can, measure the distance between spring perches on both. At some time (1970's), they changed the brake hose from body to axle to one w/ an integral "tee", but seems like a better design.
