Pics would help to answer you the best. The inner 1/4 or trunk extensions can be replaced without the outer 1/4 panel. They are available through AMD(Auto Metal Direct).
Tamraz may hae replacement sheetmetal.

Yes, a good place to check out because they sell the AMD parts for less than AMD does.

I need trunk bottom/spare well anyway so that will work well...is that 1 piece or multiple?
The whole spare tire well comes as one piece.
