Rear seat cover modification

Has anybody ever or can I modify (shorten) the back of the rear seat cover from a Duster to fit a Dart?

I dont know a good reason why a unpholstery shop couldn't alter the length of that skin.
I think the alteration would happen at the bottom of that skin. In any case an industrial sewing machine and the right kind of thread are needed.
