Rear Shock Bushing Removal

Anybody knows any handy tricks to get the rubber bushings off the rear shocks?

WHY? new shocks come with the bushings

I'm going to replace the rubber bushings with urethane ones.

Drill them out and use a big screw driver to pry. You'll find a vice is helpful in keeping the shock still and a set of vice grips helpful in holding what you can pru out stay out while you work the rest of the bushing out.
