440-Source had the pick-up tubes & dip stick when i bought my truck oil pan.
 
Are you sure that isn't a front sump motor home pan? I have the same pan and it is out of a motor home. Looking at the notch for the dip stick?
 
Yikers i'll have to double check..it does appear ur right though
