Recommend a great smokehouse in Mo. for me

I'll be heading thru MO the middle of Oct. and want to pick up some "stock" for winter. A ham or 2, bacon and whatnot. Whose got a great one they know of that will make my belly smile? rayer: I love that stuff rayer:

Burgers Smokehouse in California, Mo. is about the best I know of, if you want old fashion cured ham. Their bacon is fantastic, as is their smoked jowl. Averything they have is top notch. A lot of retail stores carry their product.

Perry Foster's in Warrensburg, MO. I've never taken anyone there that did not proclaim it the best. Among the complements, "How the hell does he get the smoke clear down into every single fiber of the meat?"

Call ahead and tell him what you want. Everything smokes for a minimum of 18 hours. Grab a gallon or two of sauce. You won't regret it.
