Remote Mirror Help

I'm putting my 72 Swinger back together, but I wasn't the one who took it apart so I'm relying on the FSM and you guys :salute::salute::salute::salute::salute:. First, but probably not last, roadblock is the remote mirror. The FSM doesn't really show how the remote lever(?) attaches to the interior of the door. There was one threaded bezel(locknut?) still on the lever, is there supposed to be 2? One for inside the interior door panel and one for outside? Any help and/or pictures would be appreciated.

Figured it out myself. I'm missing a locknut.

On the inside of the door part there is a square piece of thin flat steel threaded on, then put through the door and tighten chrome bezel/nut.
