Removing 3M yellow weatherstrip adhesive

The title says it all. I had a guy put in my headliner this week, and there are a couple of spots where the "yellow death" dripped onto my seat belt and on the headliner it's self.

Does anybody know what cuts through this crap?!? It would have to be safe enough to put on the headliner also.

I used acetone to clean that stuff off of mine. My headliner is red and it didn't hurt the headliner at all, but I would advise trying it on an inconspicuous area first.
