Removing a power steering pump from column?

I know this is super noobish but im removing a v8 k frame from a 74 duster parts car the k frame is off i just need to remove the power steering pump from the column. Can anyone tell me how it comes off ? :scratch:

It's not the pump, but a drive in thru the shaft should do it.

I sincerely hope your pump is not hooked to the column. That will require a LOT of twisting.

Anyhow there's a cross pin on the coupler which "keys" into a narrow spot on the steering box shaft
