Removing dents from oil pan

Jared, I see you did it already, I was going to suggest a hammer and dolly, I do all my metal work that way. I also like baseball bats for oil pans and curved stuff like a pan. For backer to beat on a nice worn price of plywood let's the curves take shape without stretching the metal too much.

Great suggestions and I did end up using a beaut up piece of plywood as a backer while doing the bottom of the pan. Just got it back from blasted, gonna get some paint on it.
