Removing Paint from Bumpers

I have real nice bumpers on my car but the previous owner decided to spray paint the car right before I bought it and never masked the bumpers so there is tons of overspray on them.

Is there a way to remove the paint without ruining the chrome?

Hello upstate340, if it minor try some lacquer thinner first. If its pretty good coverage then try the high strengh stripper from any home repot or blows. Then just polish when done.
