removing power steering gear box

Guys, how easy/hard is it to remove the power steering gear box on a duster. The engine is a 340 and I have TTI's headers installed. It looks like I might be able to pull it out through the front under the headers, if the bottom will slide over the k member. Has anyone done it on a duster with this combo? I really don't want to remove the header if I don't have to. I'll probably just deal with the leaks until later if that is the case.

I dont think so. If the stock manifold had to come off to get it out surely a header would also.

Doubt it. It was a pain to do with manifolds. and that included unbolting the motor mounts and jacking the motor.
I thought about supporting the engine somehow and then dropping the Xmember a couple inches, but didn't do it.
Plz report back with how it goes.
