Replacing E brake system on Demon???

I picked up a complete emergency brake system from Inline Tube because it was a great show price. Anything I should watch for or watchout for when replacing the old system? Thanks in advance.

Removing the cables from the drums will be lots easier if you collapse the little retaining teeth with small hose clamps. It's pretty straightforward deal.

The cable retainer in the trans cross member can be a pain to release without destroying. Just a warning. And if you plan to ever add subframe connectors, the hole in that crossmember is just about where the connectors will go. I had to relocate the hole. Again, just a heads up.

I was up under there looking at that and couldn't really figureout how that releases.
