1968 barracuda convert. rear frame rails getting soft. how complex is it to replace these? I will be paying someone to do it for me, as I do not know how to weld. Trying to get an idea of what it is going to cost me.

Is the trunk pan shot as well? If you're replacing the trunk pan, replacing the frame rails at the same time is far easier than if you're trying to salvage the trunk pan.

According to AMD installation website they charge $250.00 per side for labor, the Rails are $379.00 per side and like stated above....if you add in a trunk floor, trunk floor extensions, rear cross member...it will go up from there.
wow! that's a lot of work for $250 !!??????
