Replating Barracuda Hood Inserts?

Have any of you rechromed your hood inserts for your Barracuda? Mine is a 67. How much did it cost and where is a good place to have it done?

All depends on their condition, pitting n stuff. As an example, 2 years ago I sent a pair of bullet fender turn signals to get rechromed to a tune of $80 a pair, and there were no pits, the chrome was rubbed off in many places. Plating costs have skyrocketed due to chemical recovery management. Maybe someone else can chime in.

I think he sent his to a guy I used in Georgia.

Bumpers were about $310 each, script was $35.oo
