Not a health violation is bs. Not washing hands is a heath violation. I hope they charge these pricks with some hefty charges.

I feel more offended by the fact that subway refers to their employees as "sandwich artists".

"Is that a foot long???"

"And then some...."

This fits the "Subway" theme so well....

That's why I am NEVER RUDE to restaurant workers. A buddy of mine worked at Dairy Queen, he added an item to the menu, for rude customers. He called it the " MIKE DOG".

Mouse burger and french flies...

Look guys. This video is a down right LIE! I only did that stuff one time and I was going to throw the food away.

Now leave me alone.

"No food was hurt or contaminated in the making of this video....." It's just a video....

Well, if these happen to come in contact with each other I won't mind :D

I once worked in a Subway in which a well endowed girl would rub her "bacon" all over a sandwich before serving.

QUICK ! Buy stock now !

Seriously, this is TV news. They look for things like this to sensationalize. Does this ever happen? Yes. But I've worked in restaurants my whole life and never seen that kind of behavior.

On the other hand, there are some dirty kitchens out there so pay attention to their health department score. Chain restaurants have strict internal policing of sanitizing and procedures since they are vulnerable to lawsuits and bad publicity if someone gets sick.
