Restoring 1970 Swinger

I am restoring a 1970 Dart Swinger. My current task is repairing the blinker signal cancel cam. I bought a Dorman unit but it turned out to be too stiff to cancel. Any other brands someone may be aware of the is closer to stock and actually works?
