I have a chance to purchase a set of roller rockers with shafts.
The only problem is the seller bought them from someone else
a while ago and is not sure of the ratio. Both look like they are
new. How can I determine whether they are 1.5 or 1.6 ratio?
There is nothing stamped on the rocker arms. Thanks for your
help. I appreciate it.

Do you know what brand of rocker they are? If you have pics, post them, someone might know the make and if they ever made them in 1.6. The 1.5 is the stock ratio for shaft mount's, the "Magnum" heads 1.6 are not shaft mounted. The only way I'd know to check them would be to set them up and either measure them against know rockers or by what you valve lift is for a given cam lobe lift.

They are shaft mount rockers and are blue. I have no idea who
made these. I will post some pictures.

Proform is the only ones that come to mind that are blue. Scorpion anodizes in blue, but I've never seen Mopar rockers by them.

I have had blue Mopar Performance rockers for W-2 heads...?

My older Comp Cams roller rockers are anodized blue.

I called a couple of friends of mine and explained the situation. I got to
speak to Mike and he had bought a set of PRW roller rockers with shafts that
are 1.5 ratio. I took a rocker arm to his house and compared the two side by
side on the rocker shaft. We both agreed the ones I have are 1.6 ratio. Thanks for everyones input.
