Hey guys,
I have some tapping rocker arms and they are annoying me to death. What would be a good upgrade for rocker arms that I wouldn't have to do any machine work? Motor is an LA 360 warmed over with a larger cam ported J-heads with 2.02 vavles. Or should I just do a stock replacement? Thinking the shafts are probably galled and the movement side to side is about an 1/8".

WOW! I missed this one. Sorry about that.

I just know what kind of cam you have. So heres a list of things and places;
MP sells an HD version of the OE Hyd. rocker. Cheap easy replacement.

On Mech. rockers, I would look to MP or Crane. MP has Crane *I believe.*

Rollers. Comp Cams has some nice parts that woun't break the bank and will be considered HP parts. They come with shafts and spacers.

Replacement shafts are avial. from MP, but your better off getting a full set up instead of the rockers and then shafts.

Also look to Hugesengines for nice stuff.

If you have a Hyd. cam and want to use Mech. arms, you'll ethier need to change pushrods to a cup (top) end style or find an adjuster on the arm that works with what you have now.
