Rocker arm shaft torque

How much do I torque the rocker arm shaft. I've see 17-30 lbs just trying to be sure.

In inch pounds thats the only torque wrench I have

If it's a SB, 30lbs is gonna be bad.

IIRC, spec for a SB is 200inch/pounds or about 17 ft/pounds

Yes, I've sen 200-225 inch pounds
