Rocker shaft question

I have a 318 with 273 4 bbl heads. The engine has a hyd cam. Would there be any problems using the rocker arms and shafts from a 360. I would rather use the 360 non adjustable parts because I can get a fairly new setup from a buddy. I don't see that I need adjustable 273 stuff with the hyd cam. What y'all think?

just get the push rods too, everything will work,

Just make sure it's not a later "roller" 360 which will have the wrong pushrods. Personally, l the 273 stuff is better, assuming it doesn't have a wear problem.
