Roller Cam "A" engines ?

If a camshaft is advertised for this engine family (88 thru 93?) is generally measured for valve lift using a 1.5 Rocker Ratio? Are all long snout cams going to be rated with 1.5 rockers and short snout (Magnum) family cams with 1.6 rockers? One of the camshafts I am looking is the Mopar Performance PS 1555566 short snout cam.
