What year model and body style in particular are you working with? We are still having issues with the availability of the material to construct the Top Catwhiskers. Depending upon your budget, your two choices for door and roof rail seals are either Metro Molded or Steele Rubber. The price difference between the two is significant, but the Steele pieces are more correct in profiles.
