LIP toward the spindle acts like a dust seal. 1st one.

Make sure you clean the grease from the edge too. You get that stuff on your brake pads and they won't work very well.

Well just installed the first pic one as told shouled it be flush with the rotor?

Tap that bad boy in until that lip is even with the rotor. Other that that it looksssssss good!

I just fount the old seal what a difference in the old and new.

Really, nothing.
Just a difference in the manufacturing design to the seal.
Both styles, do all the same thing.
